We are looking for a Project Installation Coordinator to ensure seamless operations within our Service and Install Scheduling Department. This role focuses on optimizing schedules, coordinating installation teams, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Success in this position requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and effective communication to manage priorities, resolve concerns, and foster positive relationships with customers and manufacturer representatives. A solid background in window and door installation, coupled with proven customer service experience, is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers to schedule installations for Windows, Doors, and Garage Doors, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Efficiently planning routes for multiple crews on the road, optimizing resources and time management.
  • Corresponding with installation crews and management to prioritize installations and address any concerns.
  • Establishing processes and standards to uphold the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Handling escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining impeccable standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Managing positive relationships with manufacturer representatives to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Window and Door Installation Experience.
  • At least 1 year of proven Customer Service experience, demonstrating a strong track record of satisfaction.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid construction background with in-depth knowledge of window and door products and installations.
  • A valid Driver’s License.
