Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Overhead Door Division’s management and field teams
  • Answer and direct phone calls; manage emails and other communications
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, and other standard documents
  • Assist with customer follow-up, contract documentation, and project tracking
  • Handle inventory records and order office supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to support seamless project execution

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
  • Comfort working in a team-oriented environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience in construction, service, or manufacturing industries is a plus
