Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers: Help customers choose the right windows and doors for their needs, providing guidance and answering questions.
  • Product knowledge: Learn about our windows and doors in detail so you can provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Order processing: Manage orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing and delivery.
  • Sales support: Work closely with the sales team to provide support, follow up on leads, and assist in closing deals.
  • Quoting and pricing: Prepare quotes and provide pricing information to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity.

  • A personable and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness
  • Ability to perform basic calculations, measurements, and mathematical figures
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 2-3 years’ sales experience
