Responsibilities

  • Be the central point of contact for our operations, ensuring smooth communication and organization.
  • Manage schedules efficiently, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met seamlessly.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers and contractors, providing excellent service and assistance.
  • Take charge of preparing for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are ready and logistical details are taken care of.
