As the Division Manager for the Window & Door Division, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the division’s operations, including sales, production, installation, and service. You will drive growth, ensure customer satisfaction, lead a high-performing team, and manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets. This is a key leadership role with strategic and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team across sales, operations, and installation.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
- Implement best practices in project management, production scheduling, and installation efficiency.
- Manage inventory, logistics, and vendor relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry through installation and aftercare.
- Resolve escalated issues promptly and effectively.
- Set and execute the strategic direction for the division in alignment with overall company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of leadership experience in windows, doors, or a closely related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales, operations, and project management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional departments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
