As the Division Manager for the Window & Door Division, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the division’s operations, including sales, production, installation, and service. You will drive growth, ensure customer satisfaction, lead a high-performing team, and manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets. This is a key leadership role with strategic and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team across sales, operations, and installation.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
  • Implement best practices in project management, production scheduling, and installation efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, logistics, and vendor relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry through installation and aftercare.
  • Resolve escalated issues promptly and effectively.
  • Set and execute the strategic direction for the division in alignment with overall company goals.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
    • 3+ years of leadership experience in windows, doors, or a closely related industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales, operations, and project management.
    • Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional departments.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
